kenny studies japanese in university and he's pretty proud of himself cause he's pretty proficient in the language. basically hes just pretty good at almost everything and is how he makes extra money by doing freelance art/translations ect. craig approaches him to see if he could translate this doujin he ordered from overseas, paying him of course and kenny is just like *winks* no charge for friends. craig is fucking adamant tho and tips on top of that. kenny and craig r like the fucking weeaboos of the group. i think everyone else would watch stuff casually/whatever is popular but ken and craig could sit in discord and talk their asses off over new chapter releases/episodes for hours. one time they convince tweek, clyde, stan and token to watch devilman crybaby together and stan has to leave like halfway thru because that "was super fucked up what the fuck???? what the fuck?????"
